Clausen House art show and reception, Oakland

Clausen House, the Greater Oakland Area’s premier service provider for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is holding an Art Show of client work at the Clarence Woodard Community Center, Oakland. The displays will feature paintings, sculptures, and a section of urban art and handcrafts that includes jewelry, glassware, scarves, cards and decorated pots and plants. Clausen House’s comprehensive art program is known for creating a simulating environment where the clients’ artistic visions and skills soar. All of the art on display will be available for purchase. Clausen House will also hold a silent auction and raffle to raise funds for the organization’s art program and other essential programming for this underserved population. Refreshments will be served.
