| Description | The individual called will have the opportunity to lead our Children, Youth, and Family Ministry and will have primary responsibility for Youth and Family Attendance and Growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and leading families and youth of different ages in various education, service learning, worship and just plain fun activities. The candidate will also have an infectious enthusiasm for engaging youth and families. Creativity, communication, approachability, and strong management and administration skills are desired. |

Children, Youth, and Family Ministry (100%)
Take a hands-on approach to developing our Children, Youth, and Family Ministry programs, which include Nursery, K-3 and 4-6 Godly play classrooms, 7 Ups, Youth Group, Confirmation class, Acolytes and inter-generational activities.
Coordinate the activities of the Sunday School, Youth Group and Confirmation class.
Actively manage our Youth Attendance and Growth goals.
Develop a neighborhood outreach program for families with children of all ages.
Develop and implement a model for creating and growing servant leadership in the parish that nurtures leadership from youth to senior parishioners.
As part of the leadership team, develop programs and events that bring youth together with members of the parish together to build a strong sense of community.
