The Episcopal Church in Almaden is a Christ centered community that cherishes the warmth, individuality and playfulness of its people. ECA is an extended family that supports its worship experiences, outreach projects, educational opportunities, youth groups, and fellowship activities with open minds, laughter, and love. We believe in collaborative leadership between clergy and laity and thrive on our joint venture experience with The Congregational Church in Almaden Valley, United Church of Christ (CCAVUCC). We know we must be challenged to grow and change to better meet the future of the church. We are looking for a priest that has experience growing a spirit-filled congregation; have strong organizational and administrative skills; are able to be flexible; have experience enriching worship services; have experience with encouraging the youth and children to participate in the family of Christ; and understand and celebrate working collaboratively with the unique challenges of a sister church.
