Fifth Annual Peninsula CROP Walk, Menlo Park

Sunday, October 8, 2017, 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Please consider a ministry about injustice, poverty, and hunger by joining the 5th Annual Peninsula CROP Hunger Walk sponsored by Church World Service (CWS)! Join with over 100,000 people in the U.S. walking in nearly 1,000 community walks to raise money and act in solidarity with poor and marginalized people worldwide. Locally, 25% of the total will go to Ecumenical Hunger Project (EHP) in East Palo Alto. CWS works to solve hunger with community-built sustainable development and disaster relief in the world’s poorest countries. EHP provides food, clothing, household essentials, support, and advocacy to sustain people through immediate crises and to help them regain stability and independence.
