Self-Care for Resilience: Breathwork and Holistic Wellness

In a time of marked by multiple crises, many have experienced trauma in their lives or communities, and most of us live with a heightened sense of anxiety. With many pre-pandemic creature comforts out of reach, we may find ourselves reaching for new coping mechanisms. This 45-minute Zoom-based experiential class teaches basic breathing and holistic wellness practices for self-care during a disaster. Led by the Rev. Heather Erickson and the Rev.
